my adjustable collar is home made, it incorporates some sewn on velcro strips and a nylon strap and buckle donated from a shopping cart

the background includes a 12.0 x 2.5 tube for reference

the strap is very comfortable, fully adjustable and can be retightened as you wear it

I pumped several years ago, mid 90s I think. My test was still raging but I think pumping decreased my ability to get and stay hard, haven't been right after that.
