Increasing Ejaculate: The L-Arginine Test

We could only wish.:biggrin1: This is a good thread and I am interested in the results as well. One point that needs to be made. Posters are telling what products that have tried or are thinking about trying. That is fine. What is not fine is for a salesperson to advertise a product here for personal monetary gain. That is called spam. No one has done that on this thread at this point.

I would also check on the bottle the mg. of everything that is in the particular pill you try. The amounts do vary. All pills are not the same strength.

I agree with you Freddie. Too much hype. Read the "Volume Pill's" website. They even tell you that L-Arginine increases ejaculate. I figured, why do I need all the other crap in the pills when I can have L-Arginine by itself?
 
Yes L-Arginine found naturally in many foods. Also Zinc, Raw garlic. I found Zinc to be even better than L-Arginine. Zinc is the most important vitamin a man can take. Our sperm is made up of mostly Zinc. I found L- Arginine made me moody. So be carefull. Fish oil is important too. I take about 30 different vitamins everyday. There is a way you take vitamins. You just dont take a hole bunch of them. You have to take them in ratio to one another.
 
im taking l arginine dayly about 4,5 grams a day and belive me my erections are harder and for big dick like maine its a blessing i take zinc and maca for my cum loads too
 
I'm just generally taking vitamins and going for a varied and healthy diet with a large chunk of extra protein sinec i work out 4 times a week. And i don't know exactly what is causing it, but i've started ejaculating a lot more than I did a fwe months ago, and the doses were not small than either.

The catch? I'm not taking anything that contains arginine.
So i'd just say that a generally good diet and a bit of good living and regular excersize do a lot more than a "wonderdrug".
 
The best way is to increase your ZINC content in your diet. Zinc is used to make sperm so hence lots = lots


i wouldn't nessesarily agree with this considering the majority of your ejaculate is made up by your seminal fluid, not your actual sperm.
 
I've done tests with zinc tablets , I'm currently doing them again , just started taking them today. What I've noticed in the past is that my ejaculate has been thicker , almost like blobs of Jelly when I take zinc. Anyways I'm off to get some L-Arginine tomorrow , I've read that it can double your ejaculate if you take it for longer than 3 weeks. So I'm gonna join this test of ours and see what happens :) Isn't it nice that I've decided to be a lab rat for you guys.
 
I get my arginine from my local GNC. I notice he keeps me harder longer and also makes my muscles and veins swell up more while i'm lifting weights. I take 2 grams of arginine pre workout and/or pre sex.

I've tested arginine and many other supplements. Arginine if
taken in significant amounts, will give you a 100 percent increase
in semen and sperm count. Keep in mind to take Arginine HCL though,
as it is the best form to take for this kind of thing.

Also, Acetyl-L-carnitine has been proven in clinical research to do an
even better job for spermcount/semen than does arginine. I would
try taking both though.

I myself take 10grams on an empty stomach every night, making sure I didn't
eat for 3-4 hours prior to taking it in. I used to take it in capsule form, but now take it in powder form, works equally well. It increases
blood flow to the penis as well, i've noted this with myself.

Sweet bought some today, Zinc and L-arginine.
The arginine pills are 500mg so how many would I have to take daily to see an increase? The zinc are 50mg? I don't know exactly how to convert the measurements.

It has a lot of ingredients all related to sexual stamina etc. I noticed my hardon felt harder after using this... I didn't know what to expect but that is what I experienced even though I am usually 100% rock hard as it is. So after like the second bottle of this and after reading about L-arginine here, I noticed this is one of the main ingredients in the pills, (plus maca and horny goat weed). I already experienced some great things with maca (increasing fuilds). So recently I went and got the L-arginine as separate capsules and separate ones for maca and horny goat weed. Like posters above, I am trying to figure out a good combination with these, how much and when to take. I also like Korean Ginseng and if I take this in the morning, I feel extra horny throughout the day, like something is grinding around in my balls or near the base of my cock, seriously!

So with the combination above, I can come home after work to experience a super hard cock with extra fluid built up. The effect is strange sometimes... like I will need to get up late at night maybe an hour or so after I fall asleep and feel ready again to enter a shooting contest.

I have to question though taking 4 to 5 grams or even 10 grams a day as some seem to be doing here... that would be like 10 to 20 of the 500mg capsules a day. Well some people get grossed out with it and others think its a turn on. The girls who don't like it are pretty vocal about it though. Given the choice and I just had to quit eating mangos or something I would.
