I lurked through this thread and read a bunch about all of the things mentioned, wanted to share my experience. I work out about 3-4x/week usually, so more workout wasn't going to happen for me. I should probably drink more water, but I generally drink enough. I sometimes hold out a long time to build up more volume, but I was still not impressed with my loads.
I'm a little conservative about what I'm going to put in my body and spend much money on, but based on this thread I bought a bottle of 1000-mg l-arginine pills at GNC for like $20 about a week ago, and started taking one in the morning and one in the evening. that 2000 mg = 2 g per day.
Oh my god is all I can say. I noticed a pronounced difference almost immediately. For me, adding this one supplement was incredible. I bet I cum 2 to 3 times as much as I used to. I highly recommend it!
