increasing ejaculations

thelovelybone: I am trying to find out how I can increase the volume and/or duration of my ejaculations. I've read that zinc supplements can make a difference, and there is a product available online, Semenax, that promises dramatic results. Does anyone have experience trying these?

Any other thoughts on this? I'm sure eating right, drinking lots of water, and abstaining for a while all have an effect, but I already have those pretty well covered.

I have always ejaculated lots, and I'm
a hard shooter.

But, i dont take any supplements at all.
I eat right, and drink lots of water.

joeyeight: I have discussed this before, but all of these things are available at your local vitamin aisle, and are good for you for other things as well (anti oxidants, heart protection, immunity) and they are fairly inexpensive compared to a prepackaged formula.

L-Arginine
L-Lysine
C-Q-10
Zinc
Vitamin E capsules
Soya Lecticin

It is important to ejaculate once a day when taking these supplements. A big factor in prostate problems is inconsistant levels of sexual activity... overactivity followed by abstinance and so forth. For a man in his early to mid twenties, twice a day would not be too often if that ejaculation level is done consistantly everyday. I am in my late forties and there have been few days that I do not ejaculate at least once a day, even if I am forced to rely on masturbation, and such a level of activity helps ensure your sexual function continues into old age.

If your semen is too thick to shoot out far, try taking Guaifenesin, available in many expectorant cough syrups. It will make the semen both more abundant and more watery, and the resulting ejaculation will spray out more and farther and will provide more of a show. We used to give our models doses of all the above a couple days before we filmed them in the good old days when I worked for a producer of porn loops one summer back when I was in college. B)

Realize that the average ejaculation is somewhere in the range of a TEASPOON... there are 30 ML to an ounce and the average ejaculation volume range from 2 to 6 ML in the adult male. Supplements like the above, combined with long periods of foreplay without ejaculation will increase the amount, and that is one reason porn actors appear to shoot more. They generally have been fucking off and on for an hour waiting for the camera and lights to be changed prior to ejaculation, and the length of time sometimes makes it difficult for them to cum, especially back in the days when "no hands orgasms" were the rule in porn. Plus 35mm film was very expensive as opposed to video like today. Well that and two seperate camera angles edited together to show the same squirt several times.

Or ask Lovegirl.... she claims her "sweetums" ejaculates half a Campbell's soup can full... he must have a secret supplement he takes for such an astounding load.

lots of vitamin E and vitamin C. royal jelly is also good. power vitamins for men have also increased my cumload. Then there is the age old method - keep it up and straining for as long as possible before you shoot. i also massage liquid vitamin e into my dick and balls every day and this has amazing results! check these out and let's have some commentary here.

FYI - L-Aginine and L-Lysine counteract each other when taken as supplements. L-Arginine will have a greater effect on erection quality when take as a supplement. It is not a miracle drug, however. I also don't beleive that it will have any effect on the volume of ejaculate. The suggestion of drinking more water was acutally a really good one, though this is an area I would no get too hung up on if I were a guy. Huge loads of semen is not necessarily a turn on.

Ello, first post here. :)

I have always been a big shooter but for the last month I have been taking Ogoplex (and not even consistently) and my loads are even larger. Every girlfriend I have ever had has said my volume is immense. My current girlfriend (who loves to swallow) has been beside herself with the amount. In the past I tried L-Arginine and Zinc, and I'm not sure if they made a diff or not. I also take a vitamin supplement on most days and I am in fairly good shape.

Just my two cents...

lickitysplit: They say too much vitamin E can be bad for you. I am taking 800 IU a day for my bend because I heard it can wear down scar tissue and plaque. But they say anything over 1200 IU can damage the liver.

I also take 3000 mg of Arginine a day. but its only been 2 days, I hear after 2 weeks is when you see a difference.

Again, the bottle I have recommends only 1500 mg a day, I hear some people take like 6 g a day. Thats sick and can't be good for you.
