I increased my flaccid length quit a bit doing general PE several years ago but attribute most to "Fowfers". I've attached an old before and aft picture to illustrate. Also attaching a flaccid one I took yesterday to illustrate hair removal.

I think I read every thread about fowfering and lazy ass stretches here and tried both. I'm sure it takes a fair amount of consistency as posters acknowledge. Bed fowfers were fine, no problems, I have large loose balls so pulled them to one side. My dick naturally hangs a bit to the left, and my right nut is bigger than the left, so the tuck seemed easier to the left. One poster mentioned powdering up the region with talc. I used a jock itch/ sweat powder. The only thing I found was that the mushroom head of my circumcised dick got a bit chafed. This may be a weird thing to confess on a PE forum but I've decided to "give up" for now. Ask your doctor for a prescription for daily use Tadalafil (Cialis) - usual 5 mg, sometimes 10 mg.

Try simple stretching before going any further to see if you respond and/or have the dedication to doing it.
PE stands for Penis Enlargement

For stretching, at the end of your shower, grab the head of your cock and pull to tension (nothing to cause injury but firm) and hold for at least 5 seconds, but more toward 10+. Then repeat to the left hip, then to the right hip, then upward toward your chest, then repeat the cycle at least once more.

Try it for a couple of days and see if you notice any impact. If yes, maybe some of the more involved methods will work for you. But if you don’t remember or won’t do it everyday at this simple level, then you won’t get the benefit of any PE. It takes a lot of time and reputation.

You're absolutely right.

You can get make gains, but no more than 1-2 at most (2 is really pushing it, which is highly unusual).

Nitric Oxide precursors helps keep blood flowing in your dick. You might feel like you're 1/4 or 1/2 inch longer over time (expands blood vessels). Still worth it, in my mind.

I’ve recently become a massive fan of taking sindenafil (Viagra, although I use the pharmacist’s own brand) to sorta optimise my soft cock.
