I feel it might be helpful to post a quick message here and a few obvious points:
1) in the USA medical practitioners are not allowed to use silicone for cosmetic purposes. This does not apply to Mexico or Europe.
2) Silicone enhancement is a serious body modification and can be considered to be a one-way change. It is certainly not something to be lightly undertaken.
3) The material used has to be very pure and sterile - anything less can kill you.
4) It is injected into cavities like the scrotum and underneath the loose skin of the penis shaft. Aywhere else (like into the glans penis or corpora cavernosa) will probably kill you - at the least give you a pulmonary embolism.
5) It can increase thickness spectacularly, but does nothing for length, and the best effects are for guys who want a fuller ballsack - like me!
6) The group is not a porno site, but I do insist that would be members show an age, eithe in their yahoo profiles, in their application (the group is fully moderated) or in an email to one of the moderators. No age - no in.
