Look I am a personal trainer and it's not that hard to get in shape it can fit on a post-it note here is the secret EAT less WORKOUT more.

Essentially, you just told us that your profession is a joke :) nice.

1. Being a personal trainer doesn't mean you give good advice (clearly)
2. Not everyone needs the same things. Be a little more ridiculous, please.
3. Eating LESS does not equal fitness. Eating good things, in proper portions, at the proper intervals is probably a better idea.
4. The OP is clearly not getting the results they're hoping for. That's why they're asking for help. Telling them to "workout more" is maybe the least helpful response you could have given. Doing more of what's already not working is bound to cause frustration.

Hooray for online certifications. Everyone is a pro.

Have any of you guys tried the P90X or Insanity workout programs? I go to the gym almost daily but I feel like I'm kind of in a "slump" with the gym. Makes me feel better when I do workout but I'm not seeing much in the way of results etc.. Just wondered if anyone had used this programs and if they work etc.. I'm skeptical of such things that I see on infomercials!

P90X is for that happy medium of people, not for total, absolute boot beginners. By that, I mean if you can't walk up 3 flights of stairs without sweating bullets, sucking wind, and maybe stopping in the middle, it isn't for you. Or if you tweak your back picking up a 20lb box, not a good idea. If you're able to jog half a mile, or help somebody move a couch, you can do anything in this program. It isn't that you can't do it, but it is frustrating when you stand around more than work, and you'd be better served and less demoralized by something that paces you better.

Coming off 2 injuries this last year, last December and July, it's been great for getting me back in shape, even though listening to the same shitty jokes is already old. I would really have a hard time paying 120$ for it, but you will get results if you follow it.

No, no, no, there, ESM. The trick is you have to eat, otherwise your body will feed on itself, thus losing vital body nutrients as well as protein, There are carefully constructed meal plans that leave you full, yet help promote metabolism acceleration.

Dig it there, Snarky, I couldn't have said it better myself, and is precisely along with various other factors why when I have the money(very soon after tax time!) Iwill have placed my order for either product. Just have to decide which one to purchase.

Eatting correctly is the thing to do when you want to lose weight, but does not always help. Even though .I went from a 42 to a 32 jean size I still do not have a 6 pack I started working out in mid-09.I think at the rate it's going I will not have it tell I'm size 28.
Currently 210pounds
