Insert A Photo/video In Personal Profile

I want to add some photos in my Personal Profile but when I click on camera icon I get the message
Insert a Photo/Video
You did not upload any content yet.

but it does not provide an "Upload a File" button or direct you how to upload. What are next steps?

Thank you for your assistance. I learned I need to go to Gallery and Add New Photo.
From there I can add photo to my profile.
