    Now I wasn't all ways fat I got fat due to multiple injuries at the same time and I got lazy. So what I'm asking is how do you fit guys who have been in my situation find the inspiration to exercise again? cause I've lost all of mine and need it back

    buy a one-size-too-small red speedo and regularly look at yourself in a mirror. make your objective being able to buy a yet smaller speedo because you've lost weight. I went from size 36 to size 32 once upon a time.

    and don't set an unreachable goal like 20, 40, 100 pounds. try maybe 5 pounds at a time and give yourself credit when you reach that goal and then go after the next five pounds.

    looking at your diet is part of the equation... eat one BigMac at a sitting rather than three . :02:
