Interested Pets...

Okay, there isn't really a place to talk about this kind of thing on this site, so I chose this area...I suppose it's a "relationship issue. lol

I have a cat, his name is Brian. He's a very, very sweet cat, a great hugger. When he stands there meowing, I pick him up just like one picks up an infant to burp him, I squeeze him tight. He begins to purr very loudly and wraps his front paws as far around my neck as he can.
So you get the picture, this is a certain type of cat personality.
When I am beating off, this cat comes around. He feels the energy. He will walk around on my pics and my fantasy fiction, put his front paws on my chest so I can't see the words, and just generalyl get totally in the way.
Then he will move away from me, but stay very close by. When I come, he watches me and starts meowing again, and this makes me laugh mid-orgasm every time, completely taking the tension out of it for me. Sometimes I stick the fleshlight (without the hard part) between the sofa cushions, it's very comfortable and it's on the right level and everything, it makes for a very pleasurable fucking.
But then here comes this sweet cat always, snooping around and watching, and finally jumping up on the back of the couch. He'll even stand up on there and reach out for me from his perch. And I'm trying to get some heavy breathing done here.
It's all very, very sweet, but I find it all so funny, this cat's connection to my energies, and laughing doesn't always allow for a good finish to my shoot.
Minutes ago, he was on the carpet behind me, and when I first felt the come coming, he started making noise, he can scent everything.

Anyone else have a pet who is intensely interested when you are "engaged," to the point of distraction?

I have a clowder of lady pusses. When I am "engaged" they sort of meow at me and at each other saying in their own way "Oh, Crossy is just jacking off again". No big deal.

I have had some experiences with cats that were an indicator that they the animal had some idea of what was going on. At one time I had a pair of Siamese cats. If I screened human porn, the male would go seek out the female and try to mount her. He had been neutered so nothing could happen, but, he knew what sex was when to humans were participating in it.

Cats and dogs both have some idea that sex is involved in some way when we even jack-off. They do know something of interest is going on regardless of what it is and the sense of smell is far more developed in both species than what gifts we have. It may be possible that either species reacts to pheremones in some manner.

Basically he's either envious or is encouraging you (yeah, creepy).
You should make him understand that those are times when he can't just walk around and purr, that he's not part of the game. Try closing the doors or grab him and put him out of the room, or whatever you do to make him understand a "NO".
He's probably going to wear his contemptuos cat-grudge on you.

Same here. Have two siamese, male and female. The boy will watch as I j/o and meow. The girl disappears. Tonight my b/f and I were busy on the bed. the boy pushed the door open, jumped on the bed, and just lay there! They must sense the phermones we give off.

My dog does this. It's as if it makes her really playful. She fetches toys and pushes them at me, makes "you're ignoring me" whines, tries to get me to play "chase me," gnaws her toys against any part of my body to try and get me to play tug. Then I'll get annoyed and put her outside and 3 minutes later she'll start barking her head off.

Maybe it's a pheromone we give off or something, but it's annoying.

This is what bedroom doors are for. I have ferrets, and sometimes according to personality, they will be interested by what humans do. Mainly though it annoys us humans and the majority of them have been curious but not interested in any sort of participation thank goodness.

I have a male Siamese and he is very jealous. When I am engaged n self-satisfaction he will simply sit and stare at me. When engaged in intercourse with another he usually bites the man. As both of these actions are either creepy or just plain scary he usually finds himself locked in another part of the house when these activities are taking place.

My dog is funny(chocolate lab). When I'm jerking off he doesnt seem to notice/care. But when my gf is over, his tail starts wagging when we do anything, like even if she pecks me on the cheek, his head will shoot in our direction and his tail will start wagging. Now I make him leave whenever we fool around cuz I kow he knows what were doing and it just started to creep me out knowing that he was in the room.
