Hey all, first post. I'm relatively new to PE and I haven't really been able to find any definitive answers on this subject.
Are IR heat lamps the best method for warming up before a session? I know warming up is essential and I'm just looking for the most effective way to do this. These lamps are pretty hard to find -- am I better off just using the rice-sock method or a heat pad?
