I think when people ask this question regarding "satisfying a women" with a certain size, what they're really asking is if their size can offer the type of mindblowing sex that's depicted in porn, amateur or otherwise? I think 5" girth is on the higher side of average, and given that, most women will see it as perfectly acceptable.
