Do men with looser scrotums have a higher rate of impotence?

I've got a very loose scrotum (check my pix) and the last thing I'd say about myself is that I'm impotent. More like, I can't stop - and I don't want to!

I can see how there might be a correlation between scrotal tightness/looseness and fertility, i.e. the ability to maintain the ideal testicular temperature but I doubt there is any correlation with potency/impotency.
