I think it depends on each person's level of modesty. I love freeballing on sweats during the weekend. That said, I would never freeball (nor wear my preferred boxers) if I were to wear a form fitting suit to go to the office. While it would be perfectly appropriate (I'd be wearing underwear and a suit), it would look awful and noticeable without the appropriate support from snugger fitting underwear. I'd never criticize a guy who would make a different decision, though.

Am I seriously the first woman to respond?

Let me just say this: you will not see nipple bumps or a camel toe on me. You will see cleavage, however.

If I happen to notice an outline of a weenie I become terribly embarrassed for the guy. I'm thinking he's unkempt and unaware. Or worse, quite aware and a douche.

I am not speaking for all women, but as for me please don't show me that. Biceps and buns are cute and sexy. Weenie outlines are neither.

Of course, the beach is totally different. I expect to see it in speedos, which is why I rarely glance at men in speedos or tight trunks.

Again, I haven't been elected to female spokesperson so this is only personal preference.

I know that's a matter of opinion.
And there's visible and then there is VISIBLE.

I'm just wondering if I should hide mine more with underwear. I'd rather not. Sometimes I can see a slight outline of my glans. I feel like people don't notice for the most part, but I wonder if some are put off and don't say anything. I compare it to nipples showing on women. It's considered inappropriate in many cases. Penis lines are less abvious, more obscured and way below eye level though.

Its hard to hide for me even with underwear...I do notice people noticing from time to time though...

Honestly if mine shows it’s nit anything to really be embarrassed of. It’s a body part all guys got and not much we can really do. I don’t wear tight clothing either. But the way I look at it is some women (not all women) wear very skimpy cloths in public showing off their body. Like their boobs are showing very much or they are wearing yoga pants that are a bit see through and leave nothing to imagine pretty much. But if a guys penis happens to show a little outline or bulge pro freak Out? Even though I always wear underwear, with thinner pants sometimes it just shows

I think some visible shape of your cock is normal. As long as it's only the shape, and not all the details. Most people don't look at your crotch at all, because they don't care about it. These days a lot of guys wear tight crunching underwear and baggy pants. They look like Ken dolls to me. A guy should always have some bulge in his pants, or it looks weird to me.

I compare it with womens breasts, not with their nipples. Women shouldn't wear baggy sweaters to hide their breast, but very tight clothing isn't appropriate everywhere. Some women have big breasts and some guys have a big dick, they shouldn't hide their bodies because of that, but they shouldn't wear tight fitting clothes in professional settings either.

Its hard to hide for me even with underwear...I do notice people noticing from time to time though...

I would notice that. But that's because I look at bulges. Most people won't notice that. I wouldn't recommend those blue shorts for work though.

I say ALWAYS! This pic doesn't make me think the man is unkempt or doesn't care to try. What it tells me is that he knows what he has, is wearing something comfortable and isn't going to hide it. A man showing a VPL without underwear (which is mostly frowned upon) is no different than women without a bra (which is mostly applauded). Even in the most professional dress clothes, women cannot hide the fact they have breasts and most men can't hide the fact they have a penis even with tight-fitting under garments that are so very uncomfortable. They are just body parts. No need to go to great lengths and feel like you're "strangling your goods" trying to hide what God gave you just to keep from offending a few. I have worked in organizations where I was required to wear a 3-piece suit and I always go commando no matter what I'm wearing. I know I show a VPL and nobody has ever mentioned that I was violating the company dress code.

You guys who posted the pictures, you do know that 99.9 of the men in the world are just average guys, with average jobs. Posting a staged photo of a Model, an Actor or a porn star and comparing it to a regular guy is kind of a stretch.

Welcome to Earth : Porn / internet / TV and the Movies are not real

The only way to hide my bulge is to pull my dick and balls up between my legs and put on some really tight flat front underwear. That is so uncomfortable. I have tried wearing different underwear. I have tried commando. I have tried baggy pants. It still shows. Yes, that used to bother me. Now I do not care. Women with great big breasts don't try to hide them. Well, except some women wanting to be a man strap their's down. I am a man. I am proud to be a male. I make a bulge in my pants. Big deal.

He'll no, I freeball all the time except for working out and running. Mostly I wear basketball shorts. You can always see the full shape. I never think twice about it. Been free baller for many years now.

Short answer- no. But show some common sense about how blatently it shows.
Long answer - I spent the first 55 years of my life wearing briefs. As a child, I guess they were chosen for me. As a teenager, I was embarrassed by how much I had hanging between my legs, and briefs kept it curled up under my balls, mostly hidden, and prevented an erection from becoming an even bigger embarrassment - it could engorge, but it had no where to go, so my crotch would just get really tight. When the "real men wear boxers" discussion would happen, my answer was always that I didn't like getting my cock rubbed and scraped as it hung down my pants leg so I wore briefs.
Zoom forward to my fifties - not giving a damn any more about what people see, i tried boxers and haven't gone back to having my genitalia crammed up against me. My god but it's a lot more comfortable. Yes, in some pants it shows. Whenever I ask my wife if it shows too much she says no, and that she likes seeing it. I did get one pair of jeans where the detail was shocking and she said perhaps it was a bit much.
I do not worry about what people think, and you probably have to be a cock bulge watcher to even notice on me.

Here are some examples. Same angles but with different light. Sometimes it seems super obvious, sometimes you have to look really hard to recognize anything. I promise the bulge is the same in all of the comparison photos, only the light angle changes. This is thick, baggy canvas material

Nice bulge.
Do you find that people assume that you have a "semi" or full hardon, just because your are larger soft than most people when they are hard?
