Is asking "Do you cheat" inappropriate?

I think that's a reasonable question to ask someone you are entering a relationship with. Personally, I believe in monogamy. A FB of mine has a ridiculously bad track record with fidelity, so I know we would never work well together.

It's all a question of WHEN, HOW and WHY the person is asking IMO.

Bloody right mate.

Agreed, lady and gentleman. Agreed.

if you are contemplating a relationship with someone, this is not only an appropriate, but fair question. why don't you have a right to know this about someone you will get involved with intimately?

and for the bi people who get so defensive about these types of questions, quit cheating and sleeping around and they will go away. all stereotypes have a basis in reality whether you like it or not.

I'm under the impression that Dante wasn't embarking on a relationship with this person or else he would then know if that person was cheating, since that person is married. I thought the scenario was that he was talking to a married bi-sexual guy in chat and he was wondering if that person cheats. Did I misunderstand the situation?

He wasn't, and you didn't misunderstand, we've just gone a bit off topic since then. I think it was Riven's fault .

wtf
and exactly how much control do the bi people who do not cheat have over the bi people who do?
maybe about the same degree of control that the straight people who don't cheat have over those that do. and there are plenty who do.

bigot.

Yeah, whether you're right or wrong in anything you say- I just saw your profile- OMG!!! I'm adding you to my Christmas wishlist. If Santa doesn't give me what I want, I'll make a great Jew.

Oh really?
Do tell.

I'm a bit intoxicated at the moment, and I was going to wait until I was sober to send this, but it's all gravy. I said that because realistically, there are a lot of guys on here who consider themselves to be 100% straight, and quite a few of them I believe are. However, when a 100% straight man is jerking off to or with another guy- yeah, that's gay act- so he's obviously bisexual- whether he chooses to admit or not. And there's nothing wrong with that. That's them. Jerking off with another guy is gay.

If you watch a porn, and two women are finger banging themselves in it- that's a lesbian porn. And if two guys are jerking off in it- that's a gay porn.

Just sayin'
