My guess is that having dealt with important issues the Kick It Out campaign is now scrabbling for reasons to continue in existence. Have you seen their website? It's offensive if it's not true. And that's my serious opinion. If he has an average dick or a bit below average I think that can actually have an affect on the mind due to the fact that you don't personally think you live up to the "glorification" of the stereotype, because you now think people will be disappointed that you don't have a monster cock. (I say glorification of the stereotype as it is used in this case as term of pride.) If he is "slanging" a big dick I doubt he would even care too much about the chants as now he would actually have the tool to back up the cause for the chant.
