Is boner a dated term?

Websters still defines it as a stupid mistake, an erect penis, and strangely enough, one that bones, so draw your conclusions.
In high school, it was the pejorative that described one's overt sexual attractiveness and being noticed with it too

To me, boner is kind of a dated term. I am in my mid-40s, so a guy around my age saying "boner," just seems odd. Seems to me like something you say in junior high school. High School at the latest.

So for straight, bi and gay guys:

1) What term do you generally use for erection?
Usually, erection. Or "I am hard," or something similar.

2) Do you use boner?
Not since I was in my 20s, maybe?
