Welcome to the site. See a urologist. Get yourself checked out. Be honest and tell the Dr.. every thing. There's nothing to be ashamed of or embarrassed about.

Like everyone said: Go to a doctor. That's what they are there for, to help you figure out what, if anything, is wrong with your body (or mind) and come up with solutions.

I can tell you (as a practicing physician), this conversation is really common (thanks to Pfizer direct-to-consumer advertising in large part). If you're not comfortable talking with your doctor about ED, it's time to find a new doctor. If you wake up with erections and can achieve erections to masturbate, the answer may simply be performance anxiety. Regardless, waiting longer to seek help is not a good strategy.
