I think it's probably impossible to answer this question since I doubt that anyone has been both (I suppose some trans people could be, but they're probably happier post trans than pre trans regardless).

I'm a woman with small breasts and have had problems dealing with that. One guy came up to me at work (where I used to work, not where I work now) once and said "You're flat chested" I've also been mistaken for a man when they only saw me from my shoulders to my hips (no face).

I've never experienced any catcalls so I have no idea how I'd think of that - actually I think I'd enjoy the attention!

And yes, there are men who prefer small breasts, but I've not known many of them (and those who do, usually prefer very thin women, which I am not). There are also men who have no preference one way or the other, which I think is actually better. And there are women who prefer smaller endowed men - I've known several like that! And others who like average and maybe small but not big. And others who it doesn't matter. I'm glad there are women like that out there.

When I was much younger I wished for larger breasts. I noticed the attention they received from the opposite sex and thought "wouldn't it be nice to have that kind of attention?"

What I didn't realise at the time and understand now is that I wasn't lacking in attention. I had my fair share of whistling from construction workers and the like. It's just that some men were focused on other areas or the "whole package" if you will. Once I figured that out I didn't really think about it anymore.

And as far as wishing for larger breasts that ended long ago. I've just turned 40 and gravity hasn't hurt my B-cups at all. They look great in and out of clothing and lingerie. Honestly i'd be a little afraid to have implants. Most of them look unimpressive to me and are clearly fake. You just can't buy Liz Hurley's breasts. No plastic surgeon can create the soft weighted look that nature provides. Fortunately mine don't need a lift and they're in proportion to the rest of my body measurements. I'm happy.

Well, I guess you could call my penis small. It is around 4.5"x4". Growing up and thru adulthood I have seen and heard pretty much the whole spectrum. In highschool I was usually the kid who got pantsed in front of the girls when at a pool or other venue. I have also heard the "is it in?" several times in my life and yes, when I was younger it was difficult, especially when girls do not want to get involved because of my small penis or tell their friends about it.
However, this has not led to low self esteem. I am successful in life and make up for it in other ways. As an adult most women do not comment on my size at all.

Compared with small breasts, I think small breasts might be easier, because no one will ever tell you you are not equipped for the job at hand. But then again I have never had small breasts, so what do I know. ;)
