Is it healthier to freeball?

I was just wondering what the benefits are, health-wise in specific, to going commando.

How is it healthier, does it affect the growth of your penis and balls?

I know there are posts like this, and not too long ago I posted the reasons for going commando thread but this was from the medical and hygiene aspect mostly.

You probably get less fungal infections, but I don't know if men are particularly prone to them anyway.
