Proven. Pretty big word there.
Actually- its only 3 letters. as words go, very small.
But, Yes, its actually proven.
The only disagreement on that comes from the same crowd of people who do not believe in evidentiary argument. That is, They deny the very
concept of proof, entirely. Which is a logical oxymoron... because they ( and you ) can cite no "proof" to the contrary, since you do not agree that any amount of evidence constitutes proof. Their argument is that since proof doesn't count, they can't be proven wrong.
Its the original meaning of the word "imbecile".
Its no accident that the same doofi who propound on Trickle-down economics are the group that deny global warming, and deny evolution.
Here's the way to tell someone is full of it.
Can their opinions on matters of fact be entirely predicted by where they get their money from?
The Trickle downers get their re-election money from ignorant bible thumpers, and from the monied elite to whom trickle down economics transfers vast wealth and power.
hmmm.
Whereas, I fully understand that DOING something about global warming will require sacrifice from me, personally- both in taxation, and making life generally a bit more complicated and costly.
My positions are based upon what the facts and 'proof' tell me. Not upon supporting any particular status quo, nor evading any potential personal cost.
The Kock bros 'beliefs' happen to be the beliefs that result in the greatest financial and political benefit to THEM personally.
how convenient.
