Don't waste the stamp...they would never see the photo and any response would most likely be through their lawyers or your door being kicked in. And no it wouldn't be legal, sending unsolicited porn is a Federal crime (18 U.S.C. 1461).

If I was a celeb I would be more than happy to get some fan mail such as this from attractive young ladies.. I think this is another one of those instances of a double standard. If a girl did send a celebrity a topless picture or even naked do you think they would get in trouble? I doubt it.

1) your letter will be opened by a secretary or gopher and trashed

2) your photo will be mocked and derided as the work of a fruitcake in conversations with other 'celebs'.

And as pointed out, of course it's illegal.
