Video doesn't work, but why wouldn't it be ok? Consent and right to refuse is not exclusive to any gender or other criteria.

True. You have yo watch it on YouTube because it is age restricted.

The argument from the women in the video is that men can't say no. If they do, the woman will just "take" what they want. There is also an underlining assumption that something is wrong if a man isn't always down to have sex.

The video is ratchet AF, but I think it is close to how many people think even if they would never admit it.

I did it once. Cause I was really in love with this girl. But she didn't even end up liking me. I don't think I measured up.

*rolls eyes infinitely*

Back to the question...

It is perfectly acceptable for anyone to say no to sex

I have rejected offers for sex for a few reasons. 1. Because I was in a relationship with someone and didn't want to cheat on them, 2. because the person making the offer was in a relationship with a friend or family member 3. because I didn't want to have sex with the person making the offer based on their appearance, personality, actions, or some other offending characteristic. I'm certain there are other scenarios that I can't think of now that, if I was presented with them, then the immediate and obvious reaction would be to reject the offer.

These are reasons that seemed instinctual to me, and I imagine that same instinct is shared by everyone, male or not. There's nothing masculine about having sex with someone you don't want to have sex with.

I couldn't see the video but I have had experiences with women who felt they could take what they wanted even if I had rejected the offer. In one of those cases we ended up having sex anyway. I could have stopped her physically if I was really that bothered by it, but this exact expectation that men are always supposed to want to be fucking anything prevented me from asserting myself and stopping it. Fortunately, I wasn't that bothered by it and its not something I regret exactly, but I'm certainly not proud or happy about it.

of course it's okay to say "no" to sex. nowadays, i encourage men to think twice before getting in the sack with any women cause she can scream "rape" at any point in time after the act (or even if the act doesn't happen cause you turned her down) and the guy is "fucked" until he proves innocence. trust me, pussy is not worth your reputation or your lifestyle when that shit rains down on you.

with that said, the video is so double-standard, it's not even funny. the fact that these women can openly say that they will rape the man if they say no is crazy. let's turn that around and have a man say the same thing... goodness, all the feminists and white knights would come out of the woodwork and start a new hashtag called #whentheysaynomeansno.

i think most women, on all scales of hotness, have been hit on so many times by men that they feel entitled to sex and should never be denied sex "when they want it" cause they're women.

i've personally turned down sex more times than i can count because i was just not gonna put my dick into psycho, into stupid, or into crazy. a piece of ass is not worth the impending headaches when she loses her mind.

I wish more people would watch the video. It is very interesting to see the entitlement these women have. You're right, if men were saying the same things those women were saying there would be a lot of outrage. Well deserved outrage. But women say it, it's just cute.

That's the world we live in.

Consent matters. Period.

It really irritates me when people trivialize someone's right to say no. If you don't want to be touched or to have sex with someone, you have the right to say NO.

Just because you have a cock doesn't mean that you are obligated to fuck someone. Attitudes like this are why boys suffer sexual abuse and it goes unpunished.

That is a good point.

Ive seen the video...I also am starting to get an idea of the Youtube algorithms that are affecting @wallyj84 ..lol
In general consent always matters, and anyone can say no at anytime...
This video, or rather the question of men's consent is unfortunately being posed to a very narrow(but growing) demographic of women whom enjoy the benefits of feminist struggles, but still adhere to a patriarchal, hyper-masculine strategy as it plays to their comforts, specifically the ability to wield sex as a tool and a means of acquisition. To refuse sex is to deprive them of power, and so their response are in kind.
I wont say their opinions represent that of any type of majority of women in general, but I do think a lot more women than want to admit to themselves feel a pang of entitlement and suspicion when they have long been accustomed to being the ones consenting to a sexual initiation instead of the other way around.

My YouTube algorithms veer more towards the nerdy and political. I came across this when one of the pseudo political channels I have watched did a commentary on it.

I of course watched more of their trashy videos. lol

I think women want a man to be "worthy". That is a sentiment I saw a lot in college and a feeling I get even now. I don't think it is bad, but it does show a basic difference in how men and women approach things.

I also think women have big egos when it comes to sex.

I have turned down a couple coworkers and several “badge bunnies” over the years. At home my first wife would tell me no more often than yes but the one time I told her no she went off on a tirade about how I didn’t find her attractive, I must be fucking someone else blah blah blah.

hehe, welcome to women's mentality. fortunately and unfortunately for me, in my case, my wife and i agreed never to turn down sex unless we're literally sick and bedridden. it's worked well for us thus far and still going strong.

in some defense of women, the women in the video aren't exactly high-quality material by any means... all i see are a bunch of 3-4s at best in the video. if the dude interviewed an 8 or a 9, she'd probably just shrug it off and say "that's fine, his loss, who's next in line" which brings up a whole other discussion so we should at least acknowledge this too.
