Sorry to hear about your situation. I went throught the same thing in my late twenties. I went to a urologist and he said the only soulution was circumcision, so I did it. Later I discovered there are other options. First is the use of a steriodal cream with stretching exercises. You insert your fingers into the foreskin and gentle stretch it open several times a day for a few weeks. It is kinda like stretching out the neck on a sweater. The cream speeds up the new tissue growth and healing. I have a friend who went this route and said it was relatively painless (once or twice when the over did it the foreskin was a little chapped). Price was one office call and $10 co-pay at pharmacy. Advantages: No down time. (I was out of the game 8 weeks with my circumcision and alot more money.)
The second option is a dorsal split. The doc taks a V shpaed slice out of the upside of the foreskin. It is like cutting a notch out of yhe waist band of a pair of jean so you can get them buttoned. It too is effective at fixing the problem, but it is a liitle odd looking.
Now this is just MY OPINION, and I'm not trying to restart this never ending debate. If I could do it over I would have never chosen the circumcision! I would have tried the stretching and cream. For some men there is no difference in sex after circumcision, some say it is an improvement, some say it has ruined their lives. It has not ruined my life, but I did enjoy sex better with the forskin, as did my wife.
The choice is yours. Just remember that once it is cut off there is no way to put it back. Try stretching first, please. If that fails move on to mare drastic measures.
I hope this helps, and goo luck!
