This is my first post here. I have a question.

I do not enjoy having sex, now why is this?

Its painfull for me. Im uncircuimcised, and when I put it in the girl the skin (like its supposed to) slides back. But I think I may be a little "too big" because the skin I pull back hurts and acually tears.

Is there anything I can do or did I leave out some crucial info?

thanks lpsg

you have come to the right place man. Unfortunately, I'm cut and can't be of much help, but I have read several threads about such a thing, and a solution is out there. do a search on tight foreskin and see if you can't come up with something. IF not, hopefully you'll get the answers you need from someone else on the site (which you should). Oh another thing, don't let anyone convince you to get circumsized. Circumsizion should be a last resort effort. I think there is some sort of procedure that can be preformed (a frenuoplasty perhaps) that basically goes in and puts a small cut in the foreskin, allowing it to become a bit looser, and thus not painful.

Good luck and welcome to the site

If its over 7 or 8 inchs in circumference I'm afraid its too big for your foreskin. Find a girl with a really big hole and it shouldn't tug on your foreskin.

Its between 6 and 7 inches, and it doesn't just hurt during penetration. It also hurts if I pull back the skin with an erection.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Not sure what country you are in but in most 'western' countries (and many others) the systems is rough similar. Go to your regular doctor and tell him / her about the pain during sex and and other issues you have with pain during erection / masturbation. It is possible your doctor will have some suggestions but you can just ask to be referred to a urologist. Chances are the doctor will want you to see a specialist anyway.

If you don't have a regular doctor then you can try looking up Urologists in your local area (hospitals / clinics etc.) or go to a general practitioner first and ask for a referral.

Good luck.

Sorry to hear about your situation. I went throught the same thing in my late twenties. I went to a urologist and he said the only soulution was circumcision, so I did it. Later I discovered there are other options. First is the use of a steriodal cream with stretching exercises. You insert your fingers into the foreskin and gentle stretch it open several times a day for a few weeks. It is kinda like stretching out the neck on a sweater. The cream speeds up the new tissue growth and healing. I have a friend who went this route and said it was relatively painless (once or twice when the over did it the foreskin was a little chapped). Price was one office call and $10 co-pay at pharmacy. Advantages: No down time. (I was out of the game 8 weeks with my circumcision and alot more money.)
The second option is a dorsal split. The doc taks a V shpaed slice out of the upside of the foreskin. It is like cutting a notch out of yhe waist band of a pair of jean so you can get them buttoned. It too is effective at fixing the problem, but it is a liitle odd looking.
Now this is just MY OPINION, and I'm not trying to restart this never ending debate. If I could do it over I would have never chosen the circumcision! I would have tried the stretching and cream. For some men there is no difference in sex after circumcision, some say it is an improvement, some say it has ruined their lives. It has not ruined my life, but I did enjoy sex better with the forskin, as did my wife.
The choice is yours. Just remember that once it is cut off there is no way to put it back. Try stretching first, please. If that fails move on to mare drastic measures.
I hope this helps, and goo luck!

you need to stretch it out becuase obviously your fore skin is too tight. failing that the doctor will give you a circumcison.

To stretch it you can us a pump which will cause it to stretch, use it for a few months. Also you can try playing with it your self and practice pulling it back when you are hard. you will get used to it

It is not supposed to hurt. I have a generous foreskine so I never had this problem.

Use the stretching and lubes that others have mentioned. This should cure the problem. Also, please be aware that others have indicated to see a Doctor. In spite of what you may think, Doctors have heard it all. Do not be ashamed to visit a Doctor and take any referrals seriously. Visit the specialist and put your mind at ease.

Let us know how this turns out.
