For about a year now, conservatives have been asserting as true that roughly half of Americans don't pay income taxes. Conservatives are even defending Romney's secret comments at a dinner party as poorly worded but none-the-less true.
True? Seriously? First off, don't republicans want to cut taxes? If it were true, then one could say we're half way there, no?
