This one is complicated.....

There is no manner in which a penis could physically shrink from physical exercise. However. If you add enough muscle mass to upper thighs particularly in the quads and in the lower abdominal area the ability to achieve the same level of penetration could be compromised.

This "wives tale" comes from the fact that most professional bodybuilders appear to be "underendowed". What this comes from is that the penis size appears small even when it isn't when compared to the size or mass of the areas surrounding it.

"Shrinkage" in old age etc.

What happens here is not actually shrinkage from "old age". If one develops erectile dysfunctioin as they age, the erectile tissues (corpus cavernosum) does experience some atrophy and the inability to achieve a 100% erection diminishes the size of the "finished product".

In many men the exact opposite is true. Years of "heavy use" and constant erections in some men can actually cause a slow but progressive enlargement particularly in girth dimensions. Balls can also enlarge over time too.

Shrinking tackle is possible, but there are some that experience the exact opposite.

Old can mean substantially larger................
