No, I think there's a legitimacy to that statement. I, for one, have had attractions in the past based on comparable anatomy to my own (as in, because it resembled mine, I found it attractive). I'm not necessarily saying it's not narcissistic, but simply that I wouldn't consider it weird. At and around our age (dare I say "any age"), it's typical for the simple fact of sex and sexual organs to be, well, exciting. Sexual orientation aside, it's likely for one to find the penis attractive simply because it's an integral part of sex and, as such, is extremely enticing (whether it be for giving or receiving) -- not to mention the fact that it's a critical aspect of our masculinity. For one thing to carry so much weight (figuratively, and, well, for some of us literally) will absolutely augment it's contribution to your overall mentality and, at times, shift it's image from simple anatomy, to measurement of manliness to sexual desire. Doesn't always happen like that, but it's certainly a possible trajectory. Not sure if I've completely gotten my point across, but to sum it up in my own opinion: I'd do me.
