IS it wrong that I lost my virginity at fourteen to my 45 year old neighbor?

I feel like I need to get this off of my chest.

At the age of fourteen, my family moved to New Jersey. I did not have any friends in that neighborhood, but I did have a sense of humor.

I walked down the block and met several young girls and their parents. I stumbled upon this girl that wanted "to get to know me" and from what she told me, have sex with me.

So when I came over to her house to "chat" with her, I had to wait for her to come back from a friends house, but her mom was there. She was aged 45, tall, and definitely sexy. Before long, I found myself in her bedroom with much much MUCH more than I could handle. Of course I did tell them that I was seventeen, so I guess having sex with her was my fault.

After about four rounds, we talked and we really got to know each other. I then slept with her again. Her daughter caught us that time and swore my head off. I explained to her that even if I did not do her mother that we would not have stooda chance with me as she was ugly as hell.

My question to all of you is do you think I was wrong to lie to my friend's mother and sleep with her?

Although she was AWESOME in the bedroom.

It was wrong because you were a minor. Even though she thought you were 17, what she did was illegal and considered rape, even though you were willing. Mary Kay Letourneau went to jail for having sex with a minor. If found out at the time, she could have been arrested. The same laws would apply to a man who had sex with a girl who lied about her age.

It's all in the past. It's been done, and you can't change or undo it. If you think it was a mistake, learn from it, but go forward. Use what you've learned to better your self. I personally, have never understood these "get this off my chest" things. I would never have told this publicly. If someone reads this and figures out who you are, there could be problems for those involved.

Not that I didn't get where you are coming from, but did you ever do something so obviously wrong but at the same time it felt so so right?

You're lying.

No one forgets what age they were when they first had sex - I remember the day of the week, the time, the date, what I had for dinner that day, his name  - everything. I sure as shit remember what age I was!!

Nice fantasy (I guess) - but utter bullshit. Next!

Yes, but I'm not going to tell you, or anyone about it. Much less tell it on a public forum. You missed my point. There is nothing you can do to justify it.
Telling others about it won't change it, but it may change their opinion of you, or even cause you problems. Everyone makes mistakes. Telling about most of them won't change a thing. If you are looking at this from a religious standpoint, same thing, repent to God, he's the only one who matters.

Micstar456 is a deluded, lying sack of crap. If he's only 18 how is it possible he forgot this momentous occassion already? Does anybody really believe he thought the girl was ugly and never intended to sleep with her?

It's a shame he can't be banned for A) continuing to post in the wrong forum. B) Lying, and doing it very badly. C) Expecting people to believe his delusions of grandeur.

New Jersey Age of Consent Laws
Posted by Tamara

The age of consent in New Jersey, for men and women is 16. This applies both to heterosexual and homosexual relationships. This means that at 16, a person in New Jersey may legally agree to have sex with an adult, in most cases.

A different set of rules applies to situations where there is an imbalance of power. If the older person has authority over the younger, such as an employer, coach, teacher or pastor, then the age of consent is usually 18 or even 21. This is to prevent sexual exploitation of young people by adults.

The New Jersey age of consent laws are complex, as elsewhere. That’s because the state recognizes that adolescents often engage in non-exploitive sexual relationships with people near their own age. Like 27 other U.S. states, New Jersey uses the age differential to distinguish these relationships from more harmful ones. Under New Jersey law, a person aged 13 or older usually can consent to sex with someone who is less than 4 years older. Under New Jersey law, a 15-year-old girl could legally consent to sex with her 17-year-old boyfriend, but not his 35-year-old uncle. Under New Jersey law, no one under 13 may legally consent to sex, regardless of the circumstances.

Age of consent is a moot point in cases where the individual is mentally retarded, mentally ill or otherwise incapable of giving informed consent. Virtually all states have laws severely punishing this type of sexual exploitation.

Violations of the New Jersey age of consent laws carry stiff penalties. The crime of aggravated sexual assault involves penetration with a victim under the age of 13. This crime carries a penalty of 10 to 20 years in prison.

Under the New Jersey age of consent laws, sexual assault is sexual penetration with a victim between the ages of 13 and 16, when the offender is at least four years older. Persons found guilty of this law are sentenced to 5 to 10 years in prison.

This is like changing the set-up of a joke after failing to get a laugh with the punch line. "Oh, wait, I forgot to mention that the guy has a glass eye!"

Why do people feel that LPSG is a place to bring these kind of stories out of the woodworks? Not to mention, if it were a true story, go see a therapist unless you want to pay all of us by the hour for hearing it.

I don't think there's much that is off-limits - incest and stuff involving kids is obviously a bit dodge - but the OP is clearly talking out his hole so I say :poke: away...

I have my doubts about the story, but if it happened, it doesn't much bother me.
This used to happen often, was considered a rite of passage for a lot of young men, and few would ever claim they were injured by it.
He's not really saying he was injured.
And the woman, in any case, was not an authority figure in his life.
Nowadays, a huge outcry occurs, even when the young man says he suffered no injury.
This is political correctness run wild, imo.
But puhleez, puhleeeeez ... don't tell anyone I said so.
