Normally I'm a "show-er" here, and don't mind showing at all. I usually stand back a bit much at urinals, go commando to catch lookers, and am totally comfortable w/ being naked. My opinion: you're overdoing it on the workout a bit. Same thing happens with me. Your body is great-take it a little easier, and give Big Al and the twins more of a fighting chance to shine forth for your brethren in the lockerroom.

Also, if your work outs have been more intense, then there is probably more blood being drawn away from your penis to the muscles, where it is needed.

Also, the caffine might also be doing it. There was also a thread on whether caffine effects penis size.
