Depends on the situation.

I’ve never had that issue with a partner, so I couldn’t know for sure. I don’t think it would be a deal breaker. I’d hope there were plenty of other reasons I was with that person. But subconsciously, I may not be as attracted sexually to the other person if she didn’t give head, and that could start to pollute my feelings in other “non-head” areas of our relationship.
