It looks like Republicans are already drafting up plans to hamper Joe Biden and keep him from appointing people to positions throughout the government.

This is SOP for Republicans. My question is, does this kind of overreach by Congress cause the Imperial Presidency? By Imperial Presidency I mean a President that has overstepped the boundaries of the constitution.

If Congress refuses to do its job, then isn't the Presidents hand being forced?

What do you guys think?

Both sides have always tried to leverage the positions with the ones they appoint who in turn subsequently bring in additional minions throughout and install the followers of their agenda. This regime has taken it it criminal levels.
