And by the way, Little Lupe is far from 18 years old. I saw a two year old porn with her doing anal. She is in her early 20s for sure, but no younger.

Yeah, Lupe has been around for a while. I'm guessing she's 20 or 21 by now.

Plenty of 16 year olds have great tits, I think what's a little more telling is their hands and any pics of their face shown in extreme close up. They look older than what they're trying to project.

They're extremely petite, thin, modestly endowed (this is true more for Lupe, who is almost completely flat, than this girl who is just small but perky), dress very young and practice a vapid doe-eyed look, all in an attempt to cater to men who are attracted to young girls and I imagine they probably make big bucks doing it. But I seriously doubt they are under 18.

Traci Lords was a different story. There was no conspiracy to get her into porn so that some company could sell tapes to pedophiles while pretending she was legal. Traci faked her own way into the industry using phony IDs and nobody caught on until later. She did look young in her early work, but she was going for the exact opposite of these girls- trying to look older than her age by the way she acted and dressed and did her makeup and she fooled a lot of people. None of her stuff, not even her earlier stuff, was marketed the same way Lupe or Selina's stuff is marketed.

The new law they try to make in Germany could lead to really interesting things...
They want to forbid sex under the age of 18, so pregnant Girlies go to jail...
And even if both persons in a movie or on pictures are 18, if they look younger they want to let it be child pornography.
And if you kiss your girlfriend and shes 17 or just looks like 17 even if shes 19 => jail
Many parents have pictures of their children running naked on the beach => child pornography
And: It won´t have to seem like underage sex or child pornography for everybody who would look but only for one person.

I just hope this law will never be like that plan...

well there was that girl (can't remember her name) from the 80's who started doing porn at 16 and became one of the most famous porn stars in the world and when she turned 18 she showed someone her new id and they realized she's been doing child pornography for years. the whole thing cost the industry about a billion dollars.
That was Traci Lords, and she did it deliberately.

And there, could be another explanation- she might have pedamorphism or turner's syndrome.

Unfortunately that was one of those great Christmas Trouble Actions.
Some plans don´t get too public when theres something more interesting than politics...
While we had the soccer world cup and short after bruno the bear, they turned off the "fernmeldegeheimnis", no idea what its called in english, it should say that nobody may read your letters, and nobody really cared about that, because they didn´t mention it when they were watching the soccer matches.

The new planned youth law had several strange points in it, one did already appear. In Germany, since 2008 it is forbidden to make commercials for Games where you have to kill people or human like things and creatures and things like that.

Sometimes I am really afraid of politics, because I think Germany is quite a good country. Well, I think we shouldn´t think about this problem too much at the moment, because we´re not able to change it right now...

I don't know, but she looks young and that's what's scary. That she's trying to portray herself as being so young and the worse part is that there are men turn on by it. I mean she's saying she's 18, well, a woman can be 18 and still in high school. It's scary to think that women in their 20's and 30's are trying to portray themselves as teens. It opens up a very messy can of worms. I mean how can you say that you're not for teens in porn, but you're turned on by a woman pretending to be a teen? Look at all the school girl uniforms that are advertised for Halloween, etc. Then there's the issue of teens being in porn, now maybe the mainstream companies protect against it, but what about Girls Gone Wild? Do you realize how easy it would be for one, just one of those girls to be under 18? This is a scary thing and yet Girls Gone Wild does well in it's sales. The reality is that the porn industry as a whole can and will take advantage of teens.

It's amazing what good health can do for your appearance. On Oprah the other day they had a 60 year-old woman who could have easily passed for late-twenties. She had never had any plastic surgery done... she was just very careful with her health.

It is incredible how genetics can make one person look so much younger. Recently met a young lady who I thought was in her early twenties and found out she was the same age as me (35). I was totally psyched and started to get flirty.............then her boyfriend showed up.....oops. *l* The youngest looking I've ever met was a woman in her late 40's and I thought she was 30. I was completely shocked to find out she was 48 and rather disappointed, b/c I wanted to ask her out. So, yes, some women look young for their age.

mate, I am from Germany
and it's no good country imo. laws and social system can be abused too easily. too many social parasites.

but the "no sex before 18" is plain and simple bullshit. just read StGB $182 etc pp.
actually germany is pretty liberal and not that conservative.

That's not surprising- when humans learn not to overindulge themselves in such toxic substances that can easily accelerate their aging/ lifespan, they can look pretty remarkbable. I mean, look at Jane Fonda; 15 yrs ago, mid 50's, in a bikini she could've passed for mid 30's.

She looks young to begin with and the makeup artists will make her look even younger. Some 18 year olds i have seen would pass for 16 with the right hair and makeup and clothes!~ I must say she is pretty!

It's got a lot to do with how you present yourself. I passed for 17 as recently as last year (when I was 27). I also passed for 35 when I was just 19. In person, too, not just online.

If (as everyone is admitting here) it's so easy for an 18 year old to "look younger" (I'm putting it in quotes because how "old" or "young" someone looks is purely a matter of personal opinion), and so easy for a 16 or 17 year old to "look older".... then why is it scary that some men would get turned on by girls who look a certain way? It's absurd we can't just admit that youth and a youthful appearance is attractive anymore, because of our stupid fixation with the magic number 18 that designates anyone below a certain arbitrary cut off point to be a child, an arbitrary cut-off point that's not in any way clear just by looking at somebody, and also by the extreme stigmatization of "pedophiles" lately- a group that deserves to be stigmatized, yes, but we've gone overboard with the Chris Hansen kiddy porn/news hour and other forms of sensationalist news media. It wasn't that long ago that it was more or less accepted that adult men and women would be attracted to younger girls and boys of a certain age... 18, 19.. or ::gasp:: even 17 or 16. In fact in the majority of US States the age of sexual consent is still below 18 years old, averaging closer to 16. Yet these days, if you see a 21 year old who even *looks* like he or she might be 18... and admit you think he or she might be attractive... everyone screams pervert. The delay of the onset of our sexuality to our mid 20s or 30s is absolutely ridiculous. We are born sexual beings, and mature as such following the onset of puberty, which typically ends between the ages of 15 and 19. Modern psychology says we're mentally mature enough to enter into adult intimate relationships more often than not by the time we are 16 or 17. Interstate and International law states that we are legally adults and can do with our bodies what we will by the time we are 18. Local laws frequently set that age lower, as low as 12 in some places. I think if there's anything scary in all of this it's the disturbing trend toward thinking of 22 year old adults as "children" still. The period of practical adolescence, in the United States anyway, continues to stretch out farther and farther and farther.

re: Girls Gone Wild... they've already been sued about letting minors into their videos before. I think at this point they're pretty careful about getting signatures and checking IDs for everyone involved. I'm sure there are plenty of underage girls who go on Spring Break with fake IDs, so maybe there are still a couple here and there that sneak in, but if so... who cares? It's just some girls' boobies. Not the end of the world. Nudity doesn't hurt anybody. I'm sure they do much worse things off camera. and if it really makes it that hard for you to jack off to porn starring girls close to the age of magic number 18... then start watching MILF and granny porn. Then you won't have to start worrying mid-jack that you may be a pervert for responding to a young naked body the same way any other normal human male would.

Why didn't you ask her? Just because she was 48? If she looked good to you before you found out her age, what's the problem? Again with the numerical fixation...

QFT

A youthful look is a sign of health. People who take care of themselves will look younger, that is pretty much a fact.

This really goes back to our history. Younger women tend to give birth to healthier babies. They tend to be disease-free, have many birthing years ahead of them, are strong enough to survive birthing a child, etc. Due to advances in medicine, better diets, etc, some of these things have become less important to us. But still, the attraction to youth is with us.

But why do some take it too far? I think it is kinda like the peacocks feathers: completely unnecessary and actually non-beneficial to either party.

Men are supposed to like 18 year old girls. They are young and legal  Problem is when you have older men *seeking* young girls. It may have worked many years ago but now it is.. creepy. So, let's think about this. It is NOT scary or creepy to be *attracted* to young girls(well, not tooo young). There is nothing wrong with appreciating good health and fertility. It IS scary or creepy to seek out young girls whether it be in-person or online(edit: by this I mean to seek a relationship).

I think there is a growing trend towards couples having their first child in the late 20s. This is a point where both members of the relationship have developed their careers and are mature enough and financially able to support one or more children. Children born in households to these parents tend to be more successful later on. Point is, there is no longer any rush to pass on those genes. We also don't place as much importance on having many children. More children survive until their adult years and we don't need them to work on the farm(well, some do). Households are much smaller nowadays.

Some of the things I have said are just in general. I realize they don't apply everyone around the world. Anyway, that's as much as I want to go into this subject!

She was too old for me. When I date, I'm marriage minded and by the time we would have married (lots of ifs involved) she probably would have been 50 and past her childbearing years. Which would have been problematic, seeing how I want children. On top of that, by the time I'd be in my early 50's, I'd be having to take care of her or put her in a nursing home and preparing to bury her. Not my idea of a good time in my early 50's. I'd rather it be the case, that her and I would be planning retirement and looking forward to it. Those are my issues with dating a woman 19 yrs older than me.

Oh, on a side note, when I asked some women about that situation and if I should have asked her out. Know what the response on the majority of the responses I got? It was one question and it always came out right away. "Do you have mother issues?" It was vindication for me. So, this whole, "numerical fixation" thing you have about me. I'm not alone.

My point is that as a society as a whole we seek to protect females under 18 from men over 18. Yet, there's advertising and encouragement for men to participate in the behavior (Girls Gone Wild, Halloween costumes, porn, advertising in general, etc.). Your point is that it's harmless, b/c no girls are harmed, because these people watching are only playing it out in their minds, but it encourages a mentality. For example, these sex houses that are run in foreign countries and have teen girls as prostitutes. They're main clientle (sp) are American men. But if you don't think that's a problem, let me put it another way. Let's say someone liked watching video from a white supremist website that showed white people beating on a doll that's made up to be a black person. Now, this person never acts out what they've seen, but they love watching it. Would you support the making of such videos? Would you say it's harmless, b/c no black person was hurt in the making of the video? That's my point. Women do get harmed, b/c one day they might regret their choice, b/c there are women offended by it, b/c there are women hurt when they find out their husband, son, father watches Girls Gone Wild. And by the way, how many of those guys who watch it, would sign up their teen daughters to be on a Girls Gone Wild video? Do you honestly think it's a high percentage? I don't. I think it'd be very low. That's a double standard. It's OK for someone else teen daughter to show her tits, but not OK if that teen girl is my daughter. At the heart of it all, those men wouldn't allow their teen daughter on Girls Gone Wild, b/c they'd want to protect them. That's what's scary, that the mentality that sex with someone so young is an OK thing, b/c it seeks to take advantage of and not to protect.

Oh and by the way, just b/c someone is sexually mature, doesn't mean they're ready for sex. The human mind isn't fully developed in a cognitive manner til we're in our mid twenties. That's why some would argue that 16 is too young for a drivers license, b/c their mind isn't fully developed when it comes to controlling impulses, like driving fast in the middle of a snowstorm, etc.
