Is she blowing me off?

So I asked out a girl I met at halloween for coffee and she agreed but said she was busy until next week. I'm wondering do you think this is just a way of blowing me off or am I to cynical?

Why not wait until next week and see if she comes through?
I'm assuming she does have a life outside of dating or you?

if she didn't want to date, then she would have most likely said no, and not prolonged the entire rejection for weeks afterwards.

If she says she is busy for a week or 2 then your best course of action is to wait..
