Is the Fleshlight too tight?

I was thinking of getting a Fleshlight, but then I saw this.

At about the 5" mark, the case narrows to about 2" in diameter. And, really, it's even narrower, since the sleeve still takes up some space.

I don't know if I should be too concerned for myself, since my girth is principally at mid shaft, and I'm only 6 1/4" long, meaning only the top 1 1/4" of my cock would have to cope with the narrow part of the case. But I'm still wondering about the Fleshlight's efficacy for thick cocks.

To those Fleshlight users with thick cocks (especially cocks that are thick above the 5" mark): how is it? Is it too tight? Do you scrape against the sides of the case?

It's important to note that the website's listing of the case diameter as 2 1/2" at the small end does not mesh with the image (which I found on the same site) suggesting it's only about 2". Would someone with a Fleshlight please clear up this apparent discrepancy?

So do you guys think the Fleshlight is too tight for thick cocks, whether because of how the case narrows at the 5" mark, or because the sleeves are designed for regular-sized cocks? Or am I concerned over nothing?

You should be OK. I personally don't find my fleshlights to be all that wonderful because of the tightness and the way they hog lube as a result. They can feel really unnatural and a bit strangling to me, but I do enjoy them on occasion (FYI all my inserts are textured, so 1/2 canal diameter). I have an original fleshlight case and I grabbed some measurements off of it. It's 8 usable inches long + however much depth the sleeve's face adds, 2 5/8" diameter at the large opening, and 2 1/4 at the narrow part.

There was a thread here about a similar sex toy called the solo flesh that uses water to create pressure instead of a case and compressive material. It might be total crap, but I ordered one over the weekend and won't know for sure until it arrives whenever, but I'll make a post about it if it's any good.

It was just too tight and dry and I would come far too quickly.

The fleshlight size.jpg file is a pretty accurate table of what sizes can be accommodated, at least based upon my experience of buying the Original. It's pretty tight for me (dick is just short of 2" wide, about 1 7/8"), but still fits. Like many guys, my dick, when viewed from the end, isn't round but oval so the width measurement is important. I agree with the poster above, the useable length of the case is about 8" plus the part of the sleeve that "spills" over at the front. Also, consider if your dick curves. The case doesn't, so if you're pushing the limits of the dimensions on the fleshlight size.jpg table, you might find it even tighter.

I had one of the first fleshlight models many years ago. It fit me fine, at 6.5x6.5" (7.5 long if bonepressed). However, it's possible that they've changed over the years and aren't as big. Also, while I'm wider than high, it's not by much, so ymmv. It felt great too, as long as I used plenty of lube.

The problem was cleanup. My model had 3 plastic pieces (granted you took the cap off before use and that didn't need to be cleaned. The two plastic pieces were easy enough, but the "flesh" had to be carefully washed, then dried, then coated with talcum powder, then left to dry fully overnight, then FINALLY you could put it away. Not my cup of tea, it made it a "special occasion" thing rather than a daily driver.

I'd much prefer a stroker / sleeve, cleanup on those is cake. But if one is made for my girth I have yet to find it. They usually are painfully tight since they use a harder and less stretchy latex than the fleshlight, and they always end up splitting down the side after a few uses.

I've seen a few strokers supposedly for girth, but I bought one and it was as tight as the others so idunno what to do. If anyone knows of a good durable wide stroker, let me know.

I recently bought a fleshlight pilot and can't get into it. My penis has a circumference of 5.5" which would be a diameter of 1.75", although it's not perfectly round. You'll be fine and you wont scrape against the case. Be generous with the lube. It took me a year to destroyed my first Jessica Drake flesh-light with the heavenly texture and am currently on my second. When I first bought one and it arrived I took a look at it and thought 'no way am I fitting in there' .

You'll be surprised at just how forgiving and so-damned-life-like that material is. I'm a bit over 2" wide and the sleeve accommodates me fine and snug. The heavenly texture is, well, heavenly. I can't say anything about the fleshlight, but I bought a cheap ripoff years ago...only to use it once and never again. Just way too tight...and the material wasn't very pleasant and not flexible enough...that might be different with a real fleshlight though.

In my post above I mentioned destroying my first fleshlight. I should clarify by saying it wasn't from being too wide. These things will last with proper care. I made the stupid mistake of using vaseline one night when I was out of lube and just needed that fuck. I knew not to use vaseline, but figured it wouldn't hurt one time. Big mistake. I'd closed it up and forgot about it and the next day I took a flight to Atlanta and came home two weeks later. I opened it up and the whole texture was deformed somewhat from the Vaseline and the vagina looked like it was yawning open back at me. I trashed it and never did that again.
