Is there a way to just gain length and not girth?

    Currently I'm 7x6 bone pressed. I would like gain length but not girth because I get complaints about being "too" big as it is. Compared to some of the guys here I'm not working with too much in my opinion. I would like to start a pe regimen, but I don't want to risk gaining more girth.

    Any suggestions on routines?

    Focus solely on length stretches and avoid jelqs, squeezes, and other girth exercises. Since you won;t be doing girth wor you may be able to get away with training length 3-4 times a week.

    You should still be doing your warm ups, cool downs, and stamina work though.

    I think itÂ’s impossible not to gain a certain amount of girth, albeit temporarily, while concentrating on length. The stretching causes local inflammation which in theory, should subside when you stop stretching; your girth diminishing gradually. Likewise, you will probably lose some of your length gains.
