Is there any bear or mature (older men) gay party/bar in Europe in your country?

Sorry if this isn't the right board, I don't know which one to choose.
I'm thinking about travelling to Europe this year (I still not sure which country, maybe Italy, Spain or another one), as I'll probably stay for more than a week, I want to go to a gay bear party or gay bar for the first time in my life (I never went to a party before). Here in my country I know there's a gay bar where mostly of the visitors are older men (40+). But I searched for this kind of gay clubs or bar in english and I couldn't find any good one.
I want to know if you guys know some parties or gay bar I could go and enjoy?
I'm more into bears guy or daddies (40 years or more). So I'm not really searching for a conventional one.
I never hooked up with any older man, so it'd be my first experience (actually I just had sex two times in my life). And I really want it to happen. I want to kiss, have sex and anything else. As I live in a small city, I could never experienced anything with a man yet.

Pretty much any city with a decent sized gay scene will have bear events. Sitges, Spain hosts a huge one (maybe the biggest one in the world?) called Sitges Bear Week in September.
