Through my years in PE, I’ve read accounts of people who claim to have good and consistent routines and almost no results.
But overwhelmingly PE does seem offer permanent results.
The problem is you really have to be fucked up in the head to continue with it because 99% of people won’t see the rapid noticeable gains that ppl like Japaneseguy had.
For instance, after 6 months u might gain 1/8” and most likely you won’t notice it unless you’re really good at measuring consistently. And even then, you might write it off to erection quality. So it takes a lot of work, a lot of time and blind faith
