I don't think there is a 'silver bullet' here.

A good, varied diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables will look after your cock and the rest of you. Usual advice really, keep red meat and processed meat to a minimum.

That said, I've read that brazil nuts are good for your prostate gland and so may affect virility...

If there were indeed any foods that particularly had an effect on penis health, or for that matter, penis growth, in our capitalistic society, it would be made scarce, illegal to grow/produce, and be prohibitively expensive. A major SCUMBAG corporation would seek to patent it so it could not produce seeds, (if it were grown), or the recipe, (if it was a meal), would become proprietary and kept secret. If it were made illegal (think pot), you couldn't even grow, or produce your own without risk of jail/prison.
If any of this ever happens, you can thank big (scumbag) corporations and their (scumbag) lobbyists.

Healthy eating most certainly leads to healthier erections. Foods that raise your nitric oxide levels would be a decent starting point.

Edit: I do remember seeing something about certain brands of dark chocolate are supposed to help erections somehow.

I hear the iodine, zinc, magnesium is good for men's health. As for specific foods? I read about a smoothie made with watermelon rind (watermelon rind cubes used to be a delicacy in certain upscale restaurants) and celery. I have noticed that if I add even a little iodized salt to my food and I do mean a little, I seem to get rock hard raging erections in my sleep.

Watermelon contains L-Citrulline which is the precursor to L-Arginine.

Definitely improves blood flow. But you'd have to eat a lot of watermelon every day. Might as well just buy L-Citrulline in supplement form.

The fact that there aren't any particular foods hasn't stopped them, though....
