There's no proven drug or supplement that makes a penis bigger. As far as I know there aren't any that make it smaller either, but there probably hasn't been much testing either! 
Woman, why do you ask? Do you know someone who is so big they are interested in becoming smaller? I've never heard of anything to make anyone smaller, but I think I am about at the limit of what I would ever want to be. I'm pretty sure being bigger wouldn't be better, but it might be. But some women might like bigger though.

Review your post:

So far you have postulated that women do NOT think that a large penis is a problem. Then you ask:

Why would you - a Woman who enjoys a large penis (we assume from your words) - want to know how to make your man's penis smaller ?
Do you desire shorter, or thinner ?
Assuming you meant to say:
"having a large penis is not a problem, however some women think differently."
And addressing both length and girth as a problem:
Longfellows need to practice restraint.
There is no reason to bottom out if it bothers your mate.
Thickfellows have a problem.
If the discomfort manifests at penetration; try a LOT of external lubricant and
have him initiate when he is only semi-erect; when his size is still (hopefully) manageable. By squeezing and holding his semi-erect penis about three inches behind the corona it will stiffen enough to enter most wet and willing vaginas. He can control what's happening based on your audio and body-languge feedback.
If his maximum size - as he orgasms - bothers, you may have to practice "working up" to his size by practicing with a series of ever-thicker, penis
