is this a good pe workout

    i just started a week ago and my measurements are 7.9 x 5.25 i wanna be at 8.5 x 5.5. i do this workout 5 times a week with the weekends off.

    warm up for 5mins

    power stretch for 3mins

    circle stretch for 5mins

    sitting stretch for 5mins

    2 hand jelq 400 times

    1 hand jelq 200 times

    squeeze for 10sec 10 times

    cool down for 5mins

    will this workout get me to the gains i want?
