About a week ago i started having a slight burning while peeing and a few days ago i notice that my cock slit seems to be tearing a little. today i notice these dark indentations that are almost like swiss cheese holes on the underside of my penis midway along the shaft. when i squeeze the head i get a sharp piercing pain. also some minor bumps underneath the shaft as well. im going to get tested tomorrow just any insight now would be awesome to try and calm my nerves.

Not sure, bro. I highly recommend checking with your MD/DO asap, though. Definitely couldn't hurt. Worst is, you're out a little cash, with a problem that will go away on it's own.

Planned Parenthood is where most people go. Get a full panel done, and you should be good. In the future, always consult your MD first... don't rely on others especially when it comes to your health / partner's health. You did good scheduling an appointment, hopefully they'll be able to tell you more. Good luck.
