For all those who post comments about stories and issues not being real. Please save it as this is a genuine story.

I was recently employed in a phone shop in my hometown, loving my new job and meeting a couple of new friends I thought I would be in the job for a long while. Having just over 10 inches soft and big balls , I show a very hefty bulge and find it hard to hide. Having to wear suit trousers everyday didn't help my case. My manager and floor boss was a complete and utter dick, he didn't like me from the start. After about three weeks we were on the subject of sex and different things when one of my female work mates commented that I looked like I was hung like a horse, while he was present. The very next day I was called to the office and told it was unexceptable to dress in this way and was sacked, does anyone else think this is jealousy and do I have anywhere to go and try and get this issue sorted. It's made even harder due to the fact it's to do with that kind of thing but it's put me in a very bad position as I am now unemployed again!

Under UK employment law you can be dismissed within the first twelve months without any reason being given. Unless the guy gave a reason that is discriminatory, you don't have a case.

Did you ask him at the time for details of your dismissal?

There are a few problems working against you....
1- your interpretation of what appropriate business attire may be much different than what is actually acceptable.
2- you were having a sexual discussion at work. Totally unacceptable. You can be terminated in many states here under the sexual harassment laws.... even if your only involvement was being present.
3- many places have an " at- will" employment law... meaning you can be fired at any time, without giving you a reason.
4- if your still choose to sue for discrimination, that tag will follow you to any other potential employer, like it or not... legal or not... it does. Most places will be hesitant to hire a potential problem.

Oh ...... and p.s. ..... Nobody is buying your bs inflated " measurement"....

Not sure about your current case, but I have a buddy who almost matches you in size...maybe a little shorter in length and a little thicker in girth and he manages by wearing pleated suit pants. They are roomy enough to not show any bulge and I think he is careful about how he tucks it away.

The current cut in pants tends towards flat fronted pants which make even my package bulge in a way inappropriate for the workplace.

That said, if you work in sales, I would imagine it could be a positive asset...especially with the right boss...

As unlikely as this story is, if true, the burden of proving that you were fired because of your large appendage would be on you. Unless, of course, the official reason given was something like:

"The Employees' unacceptably Large Penis Bulge disrupted normal office routine. The female workers were too distracted to get their work done and company productivity was severely hampered. Upon review, it was apparent that nothing could be done to hide the offending member, so termination was the only alternative."

Since it is unlawful to terminate your employment based upon a physical deformity of any kind, you might have a shot at winning a wrongful discharge action...unless, of course, you wrongfully discharged on said female employees.

if your dick is so large that other employees... especially female employees, were commenting on it in front of your boss...at work, then you can absolutely be fired.

Any one of those women could have sued your boss over a sexually "hostile" workplace.

All your boss has to do is show that your dick was the subject of public discourse to show that he was faced with a liability in employing you.

No one is required to keep an employee whose presence exposes them to threat of legal liability.

For example... although firing someone because they have a disability is 'technically' against the law, if the job for which you applied requires a physical capability that you lack and you concealed from your employer at hiring, he can legally fire you because of your disability... if that disability could expose him to a lawsuit.

Just the fact that you were discussing sex with coworkers is enough reason for an employer to fire you, these days.

Why should HE take the risk that one of these women might decide that you were harassing her, or creating a hostile work environment and the boss did nothing about it.

In future... if you want to keep a job working for someone else... use your bigger head and shut the fuck up about anything sexual with co-workers... ESPECIALLY in front ofthe boss.

Oh... and tuck it away.

If you're headed for work, and you know you're wearing something 'revealing' in one way or another, you shouldn't be surprised when you get called out by your boss.

You can find underwear or different pants that are still work friendly and that don't show your cock to all your co-workers.

If OP works in a jurisdiction that is "at-will," that means he can be fired for any reason. Obviously there are exceptions. Clearly, you need to consult with a...barrister, or whatever you have over there, and ask him for his opinion on whether or not a claim can be made based on your gear.

Be prepared for the two of you to interview the women, who will probably need to see your package just to be sure. Your best bet would be to invite them into the consultation lounge singly or in pairs. This will obviously be an uncomfortable situation for them, so you'll need to make it as inviting as possible with music, lighting, maybe a few drinks on the side.

Then when everyone is loosened up, ask them if they've ever seen your tool, and if they could identify it for the record. Take a moment to compliment them on their appearance, and tell them it usually isn't as big as it is when you're in their presence.
