I think he's trying to "warm me up" to where he can get to the point that he can suck me off. All of his previous "guys" he has sucked off so it's only a matter a time before he makes a move on me. It's not going to happen though.

Also, there are a variety of reasons he does this. One being a spine disease which prevents him from having sex. So he has to get off using other methods. It might sound like a waste at first, but it makes sense if you put yourself in his shoes.
