Is this good pumping routine?

    Hello everyone.I want to know if this is good pumping routine for begginer in pumping.

    Pumping at 2.5 hg 3 sets of 10 min(each set)pumping and 100 jelgs in the breaks.

    p.s I do rest with jelgs.

    Not many people here respond to pumping questions. I don't know why. The pressure you are using is fine, but remember it's about the level of comfort. Listen (feel) to your penis or you'll suffer possible gains or worse. There's nothing complicated about pumpin, but if you're doing it for fast results you've picked the wrong method. Multiple methodology is the best bet, so it's good to here you're jelqing. Are you going for length or girth though? I ask because you need about 40-45 minutes of pumping before you feel a pull on your ligaments. If you're all about girth the hyperexpansion (pumping) followed by ripping (jelqing) is effective and is what will get you the most immediate results. Remember, cardio will help with lymph fluid recovery if you have any. Allow time to heal. Good luck.
