So if I want to jerk off daily and horny everyday but I don’t want to bust my load. Is it healthy for me to just stroke and don’t cum. What if I do that for this whole month of November? Since it’s nonutnovember I won’t nut but I just want to jerk off everyday. Edge my self and not cum

Why don't you ejaculate every time you masturbate? The fact that the prostate gets rid of its sperm is very important for health. For 67 years I've only been concerned with orgasm and sperm evacuation. That's what I enjoy most. For me, masturbation is only a means to an end.:)

I love the edging too. I do work out a lot. when I cum I loose strengt/power to do excersizes.... My work out is so much better if I dont cum on that day before I go... and after gym, I love to cum... the tension in my body makes the orgasm much more intense

I'm not a doctor, so this is not medical advice. The reproductive system can definitely cope with a lack of voluntary ejaculation with the excess simply leaking into the urethra and being washed out the next time you piss, or having a wet dream. In one, short period there may be no ill effect but there was a study that found that regular ejaculation, especially as a young man, reduced the risk of prostate cancer later in life and the recommended frequency of ejaculation was at least 21 times a month.

it's funny how no-nut november began as a way to avoid the overconsumption of porn, but has evolved into some dictum about not ejaculating. As others have said, it's not exactly healthy to avoid ejaculating, as it keeps the prostate regular. I would recommend, if you're going to follow NNN, to just not masturbate as frequently, avoid pornography. Think of it more as a mental cleanse than a regulating of your testes?
