Winston died on March 19th, according to the death notice you linked to.
But Big cut is speaking of someone who died on April 1st, a different date entirely.
And Winston died in Vancouver, in Washington state, in a different country, a continent's-width away from Quebec City, where Big cut is saying Dean allegedly died.
