The point is( as many have stated) this is an adult, and he has the right to do as he likes with his own body. I know that I, and those I know personally are not against circumcision for adult males. It's non of our business what other adults do. My objection in relation to circumcision is with routine infant circumcision. Give men a chance to grow up and let them decide what's better for them.
I've had breast reduction. And I've had men ( especially friends, husbands of women I know), and even close friends of my hubby who knew, express surprise that i would remove even a millimeter of my breast tissue.
Well, time had passed and gravity reared its nasty head . I'm also a member of a local *La Leche League. I nursed both of my girls, as long as possible. For my own comfort, my breasts needed to be smaller. I felt better afterward, my clothes fit better. I'm a petite 5'1", and my boobs began to look out of place. Yes, there was moderate pain post surg. It was very uncomfortable for a week, and very sensitive for weeks after. Depending on the person, 3-4 weeks recovery.
I have a few mild scars under the breast,,but the incision around the nipple is invisible.
But, it was my choice as an adult. Im happy with the result.
So, Twentytwo, I looked at your photo, you've gotten some good advise here. The incision area looks good. Just keep it clean and take your meds. Concerns would be redness at the suture site, swelling and heat. Sometimes clear discharge is normal, so ask you doctor.
Infection "usually" is accompanied with fever and pain. Keep that in mind too.
And good luck with your new look!
