Is this okey?

    This is what my PE program looks like:

    Monday: 20 min pumping
    Tuesday: warmup, 50 dry jelq + 50 we jelq, stretches, OM cooldown
    Wednesday: 20 min pumping
    Thursday: warmup, 50 dry jelq + 50 we jelq, stretches, OM cooldown
    Friday: 20 min pumping
    Saturday: warmup, 50 dry jelq + 50 we jelq, stretches, OM cooldown
    Sunday: 20 min pumping

    Should i add/change anything?

    What will you be doing in the upcoming weeks? Are you doing any stamina work?

    You mean like add things? No I'm afraid not, but when i get hard i get really hard so i don't need it. Or do i?

    Your routine will need to be progressive in some manner if you're going to force gains. You won't need to add exercises, but you will need to add reps/and or intensity as time goes by and you adapt to your current routine.

    About 1-2% per session. There's going to come a point to where adding more reps won't do anything but make your routine long. When that time comes, you'll need a more intense, time efficient set up.
