Definitely fake, the tan line gives him away, speedo's with that cut were not introduced until late 60's and at the age he looks, it would have to have been taken
in the mid 30's... Sorry...

He was uncut, had phimosis, and couldn't retract to clean.
Now there are a lot more options, like stretching, using betamethasone cream, etc. to fix it.
