In a word, no. Vaginal and rectal membranes are both mucous membranes. However, there are vaginal glands in the cervix that produce most of the fluid seen in a woman's vagina. There is some mucous produced in the rectum to aid in waste passage and to protect the membrane from intrusion by germs, but there is no glandular equivalent found in the rectum.
